How do I place an order?

Buying products on the idrogrow.com site is a very simple procedure.

First, log in to your personal area.

You can search for the product that interests you in different ways:

• using the navigation menu on the left selecting the category
• entering the product name or item number in the search bar
• or search by brand in the menu on the right.

By clicking on the product name, go to the details page.
In this section you will also have the possibility to see the price, any quantity discounts and any special promotions in progress.

To add a product to your shopping cart, just click on Add and indicate the desired quantity.
All products in the shops are VAT excluded but all prices to the public are VAT included.
You will be asked to choose the payment method from among the others that we provide to you and how to ship.
All final orders must be submitted via the site.

Our system will automatically send you an order receipt email.
Our staff at this point will take charge of your order and will take care of having it prepared at the warehouse.
As soon as your order is ready we will send you a Ready Order email and only at this point you will need to pay the amount you will be given (this is the final amount including transport costs, any collection fees or discounts. )
