Was my order successful?
After each order you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email in your inbox.
Also check the spam box (SPAM) because some mail servers recognize the Order Confirmation as SPAM. Always take note of your order number!

The Order Confirmation does not imply acceptance of the Order but only confirmation of receipt of the purchase proposal contained in the order itself and start of the data verification and product availability process.


Can I change my order?
If you wish to change or cancel the order, contact our Customer Service immediately by writing to info@idrogrow.com.
If, on the other hand, you want to add products to an order that has already been sent, simply place a new order and indicate in the notes to combine it with the order previously made. You can make changes to the order until you receive the Shipping Confirmation that warns you that it has been processed and prepared for shipment.
