RETURN POLICY IDROGROW
>> When Do We Accept Returns?
- When It's Okay: If the product has a defect, is still under warranty, or was ordered by mistake.
- When It's Not Okay: If it was damaged during shipping (unless we have made special arrangements!).
- Documentation: Remember to attach anything useful, such as photos, videos, and shipping documents.
>> How to Make a Return
- Fill Out the Return Form:
Include product code, description, issue, and invoice number. Download the RMA Form - Send an Email:
Send everything to resi@idrogrow.com. - Wait for Confirmation:
We will respond within 2 days. - Prepare to Ship:
> You can only ship the return after approval!
> Remember to include the RMA Form inside the package.
> Shipping Address: Idrogrow s.a.s., via Lombardia, 23, 41012 Carpi (Mo). - Timelines:
You have 10 working days from confirmation to send everything.
>> Return Requirements
- Purchase Date: The product must have been purchased within one year.
- Product Condition: original packaging, accessories, manuals, and everything else in perfect condition.
- Extra Packaging: use a box or pallet to protect the original box.
- RMA Form: must be attached to each package, with our approval, of course!
>> Warranty Conditions
- To benefit from the warranty, you must provide Idrogrow with the purchase document or invoice for the item(s) being returned.
- In the case of receiving working items, such as hygrometers that only need battery replacement or items that haven’t been tested but are working, we reserve the right to charge for the assistance hours worked by our technical office.
- The warranty covers labor and replacement/refund of defective parts or the entire item, as long as the product has not been opened, tampered with, or used improperly.
- The warranty period is determined by law and the manufacturer. For B2B sales, Idrogrow provides the customer with a 12-month warranty on all materials, except for CFL lamps (6 months) and seeds, for which refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis (see the "exceptions and additions" note at the end of this document).
- The warranty does not cover damage due to improper use of the product.
- Once the products have been received at our warehouse, they will be inspected, tested, and refunded through a credit note ONLY if a real production defect is found.
>> Exceptions and Additions
- ADWA: tools still under warranty will be sent to the service center and returned once repaired.
- MILWAUKEE: tools still under warranty will be sent to the service center and returned once repaired.
- OSRAM, PHILIPS, SYLVANIA BULBS: generally, the manufacturers of these lamps do not offer any warranty. This policy is due to the large number of uncertified and low-quality ballasts on the market that can damage the lamps. Additionally, these are products subject to rapid deterioration. Therefore, Idrogrow cannot guarantee any refund for these types of products. Any potential refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
