I can no longer find the accompanying invoice attached to the package !!!

With the introduction of Electronic Invoicing, the goods travel with delivery note or without an attached document.
Among many misfortunes, at least one POSITIVE thing: less waste of paper, less sheets around, and in a second step everything to the accountant.

So how do I get my tax document ???

You can download the delivery note or an order confirmation in your reserved area after logging in on our site.
In this way you can check the goods of the order, even if we MODELY are almost never wrong.
Orders and delivery notes will be IMMEDIATELY available.
We are also getting used to the idea, so if something does not come back you can safely send us an email to info@idrogrow.com

How can I send you my data for electronic invoicing ???

Download the Electronic Invoicing Form and send it completed to the email amministrazione@idrogrow.com

How can I pay???

Once the order has been prepared, our legendary VALENTINA will send you an order confirmation in pdf format: at the bottom you will find IBAN and payment details.
If you want you can also pay by credit card or cash on delivery, just choose it when ordering.
PS. the confirmation of taking charge of the order that arrives automatically with the summary of the items ordered, is NOT the order confirmation. EYE!!!
