This mastic is indicated to protect the tissues of trees and shrubs from injuries caused by pruning or injuries from atmospheric events and to make grafts to prevent dehydration of the scion and the rootstock. The bark is the natural barrier that plants have to defend wood from atmospheric agents and pathogens. When this is not present due to wounds or pruning cuts it is important to preserve the underlying wood. For this reason, the application of mastic allows to preserve the vitality and structural stability of plants over time. In addition, Bayer ready-to-use mastic contains copper which allows a more effective barrier over time.

Application method: Ready-to-use paste
Apply to wounds caused by pruning cuts or when grafts are made. Apply a thin and homogeneous layer. Minimum drying period: 1 hour.
